Cage-Player Services Supervisor

As the Cage Player Services Supervisor at Hard Rock, you'll ensure every transaction hits a high note, combining impeccable financial security and compliance with our signature Rock Star guest service. You'll supervise the team, manage all cash operations, troubleshoot high-level issues, and drive efficiency to keep the casino floor rocking. - Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Complete job appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance for the department.
- Ensure strict compliance with all tribal, federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, including Title 31 regulations.
- Identify, develop, and implement process efficiencies to improve operations.
- Creatively resolve guest and employee disputes, escalating issues as needed.
- Implement and oversee the casino's rewards program.
- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and paperwork.
- Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, complete staff closeouts, and verify cash deposits.
- Verify funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure currency transaction information is provided to applicable departments for reporting.
- Write checks for winnings over set thresholds and distribute required paperwork.
- Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all casinos and guest information.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1-3 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, gaming, and regulatory requirements, including Title 31.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and advise a team effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Well-developed money handling skills with a proven ability to maintain accuracy.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
