Call Center Agent

MUST BE AVAILABLE 7AM - 7PM will have staggering shifts within that time.

Project will not accommodate special schedule requests

"• College Grad with 1 year Microsoft Office OR Military Veteran with 1 year Microsoft Office OR

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification w/ • Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience required

• Minimum 1 year Microsoft Office "Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Program and third party liability. Local Candidates Only; "

• Intermediate computer skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, providers and management

• Strong problem solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion""-

Call Center Representative (CCR) will receive in-bound calls from providers and clients and their representatives, and verify.
