Call Center Agent

Position summary: To set quality appointments for members to meet with the developer’s Representatives. To act in a professional and courteous manner to members and coworkers.


Position responsibilities:


  • Contacts existing members via telephone to set appointments.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of scripts and rebuttals used by Premier to be effective in setting quality appointments.

  • Remains open minded to new marketing strategies and techniques.

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

  • Completes tasks (assignments) on time.

  • Understands key performance indicators such as Show Rate, Talk Time, Number of Dials, Select Shows, and Shows Per Hour.

  • Strives to become more efficient in bookings and increase shows per hour.

  • Strives to reach required performance goals set by management.

  • Other duties as assigned.
