Compensation

  • AM Shift (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM): Starting at $20.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus
  • PM Shift (1:30 PM – 9:00 PM): Starting at $21.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus
  • Average monthly bonus: $2,500
  • Top performers earn $4,500+ per month in bonuses alone
  • Full-time schedule
  • Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers
  • Connect with homeowners and create interest in our products and services
  • Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
  • Accurately update customer information and call records
  • Meet and exceed daily performance goals and production metrics
  • Build rapport, create urgency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience

No cold calling. You'll be working with customers already in our database.
