We are looking for a Call center\- Real Estate (Remote)<\/b> to join our team. This role focuses primarily on managing property listings, building strong and sustainable relationships with property owners, and expanding our company property portfolio. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and acquisition skills, and the ability to persuade owners to list their properties for sale or rent. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring a high\-quality, up\-to\-date inventory.

  • Owner Outreach:<\/b> Communicate directly with property owners interested in selling or leasing their properties.

  • Inventory Acquisition:<\/b> Secure new property listings through cold calling, networking, referrals, and ongoing market research.

  • Relationship Management:<\/b> Build and maintain long\-term, trusted relationships with landlords and property owners.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Data Collection:<\/b> Gather accurate and detailed property information, including location, price, property type, square footage, features, and availability status.

  • Market Analysis:<\/b> Evaluate properties and provide owners with accurate market insights to assist them in determining optimal pricing.

  • Listing Creation:<\/b> Draft and publish professional, compelling property advertisements on major real estate portals and our company platforms.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Data Maintenance:<\/b> Ensure all property data, descriptions, photos, and key selling points are accurate and updated regularly.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Internal Coordination:<\/b> Coordinate with photography, marketing, and sales teams to promote properties effectively.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Consistent Follow\-ups:<\/b> Maintain periodic and ongoing communication with property owners regarding availability and price updates.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • CRM Management:<\/b> Accurately update and manage property and owner data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Performance Monitoring:<\/b> Monitor the performance of published ads and provide suggestions to improve lead generation.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Sales Support:<\/b> Provide the sales team with ready, qualified, and updated property listings to help facilitate deals.

  • KPI Achievement:<\/b> Meet daily and weekly targets related to call volume, new property listings secured, and meetings scheduled with owners.

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Real Estate Consultant, Telesales Representative, or in Customer Service.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market (Experience in the UAE market is a significant advantage<\/b>).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prior experience dealing with property owners and successfully securing exclusive or open listings.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and professional relationship\-building skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to acquire high\-quality properties and investment opportunities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in using digital real estate platforms and CRM systems.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Full proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A dynamic, energetic, and goal\-oriented personality, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple listings simultaneously.
