Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Answer enquiries related to vouchers and provide follow-up.

Requirements:
- Min. O Level OR Higher NITEC with 2 years customer service experience.
