Call Centre Agent [East]
Location: East
Working Hours: 5.5 work week
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5pm
Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to manage inbound and outbound enquiries while providing accurate information and support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to appointments, visit arrangements, policies, and general enquiries
- Provide accurate information in accordance with company guidelines and operational procedures
- Assist callers with scheduling, document verification, and follow-up coordination
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate departments when required
- Maintain accurate records and update case information in the system
- Manage feedback, complaints, and appeals professionally and empathetically
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer and organisational information
- Support administrative duties including data entry and report preparation
- Verify caller identity before releasing controlled or sensitive information
- Meet service standards and performance KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
