Call Centre Agent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up on hospital bill payments
- Handle patient enquiries and provide billing information
- Perform receivables follow-up and general customer service duties
- Update call records and key in information accurately
- Send statements of accounts when required
Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, proactive and able to work independently
- Call centre experience preferred
