Call Centre Agent

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on hospital bill payments
  • Handle patient enquiries and provide billing information
  • Perform receivables follow-up and general customer service duties
  • Update call records and key in information accurately
  • Send statements of accounts when required

Requirements

  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude, proactive and able to work independently
  • Call centre experience preferred
