Call Centre Officer (Rotating Shifts), 5 days | $2300
Salary: Up to $2,300 per month
Working Schedule: 5 Days Work Week (Rotating Schedule) β Permanent Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and alarm signals promptly in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally via phone and written correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Support customer retention programmes and service initiatives.
- Ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Escalate incidents and operational issues to relevant departments when required.
- Perform administrative duties related to call centre operations.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE βNβ Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
