Call Centre Officer (Rotating Shifts), 5 days | $2300

Salary: Up to $2,300 per month
Working Schedule: 5 Days Work Week (Rotating Schedule) – Permanent Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and alarm signals promptly in accordance with established procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally via phone and written correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Support customer retention programmes and service initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Escalate incidents and operational issues to relevant departments when required.
  • Perform administrative duties related to call centre operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE β€˜N’ Level qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
