Job Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>We are looking for an experienced Calypso Developer with strong <\/span>expertise <\/span>in L2/L3 <\/span><\/span>Support<\/span> <\/span>and DevOps methodologies to join our engineering team. In this role, you will <\/span>bridge the gap<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>between development and operations, ensuring the stability, <\/span>performance, and continuous integration/delivery of our Calypso applications. L2/L3 Support & Application Maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Provide high\-quality L2 and L3 technical support for the Calypso platform, <\/span>diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, system bottlenecks, and <\/span>data discrepancies.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Analyze application logs, thread dumps, and database queries to troubleshoot <\/span>causes of failures on time<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Own and manage critical incident <\/span><\/span>response<\/span>, ensuring minimal downtime and <\/span>adherence to strict SLAs.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, clearing houses, and trading desks to <\/span>resolve functional and technical queries related to Back\-Office, Middle\-Office, <\/span>and market data interfaces.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Implement, <\/span>maintain, and <\/span>optimize <\/span>CI/CD pipelines for Calypso deployments <\/span>using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Drive infrastructure automation and environment management using Ansible, <\/span>Terraform, or similar tools.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Containerize Calypso components where applicable (using Docker/Kubernetes) <\/span>to streamline environment provisioning.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
