ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Cook at Camp Fatima is a seasonal role responsible for preparing meals for campers and staff using set menus and recipes. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, including cooking, food prep, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on culinary experience in a team-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, positive, and comfortable working with a variety of cuisines.

This is a seasonal role from June 3 to August 22, with the potential for ongoing or full-time opportunities after the summer. Camp operates seven days per week from 7:00 AM through 7:30 PM. Schedule days and hours may vary.

On-site housing is provided, and travel assistance is available for candidates traveling from out of state. Additional training is required to support the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure food safety standards are being followed at all times

• Cook and prep food correctly based on recipes and specifications provided from the Chef/Genuine Foods

• Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time.

• Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties

• Keep area stocked and organized

• Perform any additional duties as assigned
