Strategy & Ideation: Participate in daily creative huddles to brainstorm, plan, and optimize localized marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement.
Operational Coordination: Learn the logistics behind managing a campaign—from inventory control and compliance to team deployment and territory planning.
Leadership Development: Shadow senior managers to learn team leadership, public presentation, client management, and business operations, preparing you to lead your own campaign division.
