Avivo is embarking on a transformational $77 million capital campaign that will expand our ability to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and other barriers to stability. This campaign represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create lasting community impact.

As the Campaign Manager, you will be the operational engine behind this ambitious effort. Working closely with the CEO, VP of External Relations, campaign volunteers, board members, consultants, and fundraising staff, you will ensure that campaign activities stay organized, coordinated, and moving forward. If you are a highly organized project manager who loves bringing complex initiatives to life, this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in one of the largest fundraising efforts in Avivo’s history.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage campaign timelines, work plans, meeting schedules, deadlines, and assignment tracking systems
  • Coordinate campaign meetings, prospect strategy sessions, consultant meetings, donor preparation meetings, and campaign cabinet meetings
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, project timelines, action items, and follow-up communications
  • Track campaign activity and help ensure commitments and next steps are completed
  • Maintain organized campaign files, pledge records, prospect lists, donor materials, reports, and documentation
  • Support campaign reporting, dashboards, pledge tracking, stewardship activities, and revenue monitoring
  • Prepare donor briefings, call sheets, proposal drafts, presentations, and meeting packets
  • Coordinate campaign volunteer and board engagement activities, communications, and logistics
  • Support donor cultivation events, tours, receptions, and public campaign activities
  • Coordinate the development, production, distribution, and version control of campaign materials and collateral
  • Partner with campaign counsel, leadership, Finance, Marketing, and development staff to support campaign execution and reporting
