Xapads Media is on mission to change Old Media Buying Practices by bringing technology\- based Digital Advertising. We are looking to bring this revolution by redefining the way ad operations are being managed across multiple digital ad platforms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

We are looking for experienced personal for Position of Ad Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for advertising efforts through multiple platforms. Have to be In\-Sync between Media Buying and Sales Team. Key responsibility will include Campaign execution, optimization, and managing day\-to\-day ad campaign success.<\/span>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>
  1. To manage the life cycle of a campaign (Setup, reporting, debugging and optimisation) using/over MMPPlatforms.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  2. Analyze campaign data, make applicable optimizations to campaigns to meet the campaign goals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  3. Maintain P&L for executed campaigns.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  4. Experience of executing Display ads / display campaigns like CPM, CPC(BRANDING) Tools Required \u2013 DV360, DCM.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  5. Proven expertise in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deals setup, management, and optimization across TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP,<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>and similar platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  6. Monitor media budget for campaign and issue periodic analyses for clients like Media negotiations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  7. Analyzing campaign performance and preparing a detailed report.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  8. Determining KPIs and measuring ROIs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
    1. Minimum of 3 Years\u2019 experience in Campaign Management for Digital Advertising.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    2. Must have worked on execution of the campaign using servers mentioned above.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    3. Educational Qualification \u2013 B. Tech.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>
