Purpose<\/b>: The Campus Manager provides leadership, oversight, and day\-to\-day management of the residential program. This role ensures the effective operation of student care, staff supervision, program delivery, and facility management while maintaining a Christ\-centered environment aligned with ATCBC mission and standards.

      Job Description<\/b>

      Staff Leadership<\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Supervise, mentor, and support staff and volunteers
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate schedules and lead regular team meetings
        <\/li>
      • Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations
        <\/li>
      • Ensure staff complete required training and provide coverage as needed
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Program Oversight<\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Manage daily operations of the residential program
          <\/li>
        • Ensure program quality, curriculum delivery, and student progress
          <\/li>
        • Maintain accurate records and oversee student intake and discharge
          <\/li>
        • Enforce policies, discipline, and program standards
          <\/li>
        • Support vocational programming and operational goals
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Operations & Facility Management<\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
            <\/li>
          • Manage logistics including room assignments and property oversight
            <\/li>
          • Assist with budgeting and general operations
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Community Engagement<\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Support outreach efforts and community partnerships
              <\/li>
            • Participate in fundraising and promotional activities
              <\/li>
            • Foster positive relationships with students\u2019 families
              <\/li>
            • Ensure a welcoming and supportive intake experience

              • Post\-secondary education in addictions, counselling or other related areas are an asset, but not required.

              • Experience in addiction recovery or related ministry settings q Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector.

              • Valid driver licence.
