Key Responsibilities


  • General maintenance of guest rooms and hotel property.
  • Maintain the standard of the hotel and around the property.
  • Inspections of corridors in both East and West wings of the hotel.
  • Daily meter readings taken.
  • Inspection of light fixtures and plumbing around the property.
  • Cleanliness of assigned area and workspaces.
  • Inspection of ice machines around the property, ensure operable and clean at all times.
  • Inspection of all electrical rooms and maintain upkeep of the same.
  • To maintain equipment and tools in good order at all times.
  • To attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
  • Responsible for engineering related guest room requests and respond in a timely manner.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance repairs as scheduled.
  • Submit all completed work orders to Supervisor/Assistant administrator daily.

  • Operate and maintain various power and manual tools.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Must be self-motivated and energetic.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must have the ability to work independently with little or no assistance.

  • Must possess physical capability to perform heavy labor.

  • Have good time management skills.

  • Must be organized and possess good work habits, paying high attention to details.

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
