Canada Sales Internship Spring 2026

Convocation Flowers is looking to hire On-Site Sales Representatives for May and June. The nature of the on-site sales will be working in the field (i.e. at college/university campuses and venues for graduation ceremonies).

Responsibilities:

• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at graduations
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at graduations
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanour on-site

Financial:

• Compensation: $17.20 per hour
• Discretionary bonus for hitting and surpassing sales goals, along with other bonus incentives
