Captain
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct services on ground but not limited to servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering duties etc
- Oversee the service staff at the assigned station
- Acquire knowledge of menu to make recommendations and handle guests’ queries
- Provide excellent customer service and manage guest relations to ensure pleasant dining experience
- Ensure side station is replenished at all times
- Assist in inventory, placing orders, receiving goods and any other administrative tasks
- Uphold staff grooming and professionalism to adhere to company’s standards
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess prior experience in Food &Beverage operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal turnout must be well groomed and professional.
- Possess basic PC knowledge.
- Ability to work on shift schedule.
