Job Summary
Join a licensed healthcare-focused employment agency supporting elderly and adults with care needs in Singapore.
As a Care Advisor / Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking
live-in caregiving support. You will:
- Conduct care needs assessments to understand medical, functional, and household
- requirements
- Advise families on caregiver suitability and expectations
- Shortlist and recommend suitable caregiver profiles
- Facilitate video interviews and manage placement coordination
- Guide families through documentation and compliance processes with the support of our Care Admin team
- Follow up post-placement to ensure smooth caregiver integration
This role combines advisory expertise with client engagement, helping families make informed decisions — not just filling quotas.
What You Will Learn & Do
Care Advisory & Client Support
Understand families’ care needs and personal preferences
Advise on suitable caregiver profiles
Facilitate caregiver interviews (video or in-person)
Communicate with families professionally via WhatsApp and calls
Care Coordination & Administration
Support regulated processes such as work permit applications
Assist with service agreements and employment documentation
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Post-Placement Support
Follow up with families and caregivers after placement
Help address concerns with guidance from senior advisors

Regulatory Requirement (Important – Please Read)
This role is regulated under Singapore’s employment agency framework.
CEI (Basic) certification is required for this role
Training support will be provided for suitable candidates who do not yet hold CEI (fully sponsored by the company)
Candidates must be willing to obtain CEI as part of their role

Requirements
- CEI (basic) certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain) – Course and Exam fees will be fully sponsored
- Client-facing experience preferred (e.g. recruitment, healthcare coordination, education consulting, insurance, social services)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using phone, video calls, and basic systems
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Work Details
Work Week: 5 days (1 weekend day required, alternate between Sat / Sun)
Location: Right above Kent Ridge MRT Station
