Care Assistant
๐ What Youโll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. Youโll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
โจ Youโll help with:
- ๐ง Providing personal care with dignity and respect โ bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- ๐ Assisting with medication โ preparation and administration
- ๐ถ Helping with mobility โ and using aids/equipment safely
- ๐ฒ Preparing meals/snacks โ and offering mealtime support
- ๐งบ Carrying out light domestic duties โ laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- ๐ฌ Offering companionship and reassurance โ building meaningful relationships
โจ Youโll also:
- ๐ค Encourage social engagement and family connections
- ๐ Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
- ๐ Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- ๐ก๏ธ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
- ๐งฉ Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
๐ฆธ What Youโll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!)
Hold onto your hats โ ideally, youโll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
But hereโs the truth: what matters most to us is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go. Youโll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten. Donโt worry โ weโll help you level up your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit (and delightfully quirky) team.
While experience is a bonus, weโre really looking for people who:

๐ Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- โ Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- โ Have access to your own reliable vehicle
- โ Have the right to work in the UK
