Experienced Care Assistants– Residential Care Homes

We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to join our friendly teams at Downs House and Stroud House Residential Care Homes.

Available Roles

• Care Assistants peripatetic roles - Downs House & Stroud House
• 24 hours per week – £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
  Peripatetic Roles only - Drivers required (to cover both homes)
  

• Care Assistant - Stroud House
• Days 30 hours per week - £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
• 7am - 1pm / 8am - 2pm / 2pm -8pm including alternate weekends

• Care Assistants - Downs House
• Days - 36 - 42 hours per week - £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents to live happy, comfortable and fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily living
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support
• Supporting mobility, wellbeing and independence
• Caring for residents living with dementia and complex needs
• Completing accurate care records
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

About Our Homes

Downs House - is a welcoming 46-bed residential care home in Petersfield, providing high-quality, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment.

Stroud House - is a specialist 25-bed residential care home supporting older people, including those living with complex dementia, in a warm and homely setting.
