What You\u2019ll Do<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
Actively<\/span> <\/span><\/span>connect students and graduates with employers<\/span><\/b>, focusing on placements that lead to real employment outcomes<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Build and maintain<\/span> <\/span><\/span>strong relationships with employers<\/span><\/b> across multiple industries<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Coach students on career readiness, professionalism, and employability skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Track student progress, employer interactions, and placement activity with<\/span> <\/span><\/span>high accuracy and follow\u2011through<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>
Identify gaps, remove barriers, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>move students forward<\/span><\/b> toward employment<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Work closely with academic teams to ensure students are ready, supported, and well\u2011matched<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Contribute to placement targets and continuously improve employment results<\/span>
