Carpark Attendant (Parking)

Job Description
- Check and ensure the carpark is in operations, report accordingly if there are any abnormalities

- Correspond with motorists pertaining to season parking matters (new application, renewal of season parking, change of particular & refund)

- Carry out enforcement action on illegal and unauthorized parking of vehicle (e.g. issuance of notice, wheel clamping)

- Ensure the cleanliness of the parking systems and carpark environment

- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management

Job Requirements
- Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ “O” level

- Must able to communicate in English

- Able to work shift schedule is preferable

- With own transportation is preferable

- Able to endure outdoor environment
