CAS Residential Math Student Assistant

Working independently and exercising good judgment and discretion, the student will assist math department personnel as needed for classes, labs, and in the office.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Grading homework
  • Setting up/clearing physics labs
  • Assisting in the office as needed
  • Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
  • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

  • Recommendation by the course instructor and/or department chairman or associate chairman.
  • High competence in the course content.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
