About the Role

Our client is looking for a committed and well-organised Case Administration Officer to provide administrative and operational support for case management and service coordination functions.

This role is well-suited for candidates who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career within the public or social service sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for case management activities

  • Process applications, verify supporting documents, and update records in internal systems

  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and scheduling matters

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, case documentation, and related records

  • Support officers with client follow-ups and tracking of case documentation

  • Assist with procurement coordination, inventory tracking, and general operations support

  • Accompany officers for outreach activities or home visits when required

  • Perform general administrative duties and support any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent

  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or case-related support will be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Comfortable with administrative systems and data entry tasks

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will be preferred
