As a dynamic, faith-based nonprofit, Auberle builds strong individuals, families, and communities through more than two dozen holistic programs that reach across Pennsylvania. We serve thousands of individuals and families each year through five core program areas: Workforce Development, Housing, Young Adult Services, Foster Care, and Behavioral Health. Our staff is comprised of more than 200 passionate individuals who are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to our community's most difficult problems. Position Overview: The Employment Institute, Auberle’s nationally recognized workforce development program, places unemployed and underemployed individuals in career track employment with benefits, impacting future generations. We are embarking on an exciting expansion in the Central Pennsylvania Region. The Employment Institute Case Manager is a mission driven person excited to support the goals and benchmarks of our young people (ages 18-24) as they embark on career journeys in the healthcare field. Case managers assist in the screening and assessment of a program participants’ skills and areas of interest for careers. The Case Managers will also work closely with the participants in developing work ethic, soft skills and addressing any other barriers that exist that prevent the participants from reaching their goals. Case Managers must demonstrate strong mentoring skills for the individuals that they will be working with. In addition to serving as a dynamic role model, this position will also form good working relationships with community partners and employers to help participants maintain their employment.
