Social Worker
- Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
- Location: Bukit Batok/Sembawang/Buangkok
- Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (830am -630pm)
- Friday (8am to 5pm) (830am -530pm)
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work
- Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
Job Responsibilities
- Develop individualise care plans for residents
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress
- Coordinate care for residents with relevant stakeholder
