• Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures

• Perform cash balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift
• Maintain an organized and prepared workstation
• Assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner
• Report discrepancies, operational issues, or customer concerns

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cashiering, sales, or customer service
