Cashier
Overview The Cashier is a frontline team member who plays a key role in delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience. As the final point of contact in the customer journey, this role is essential to leaving a lasting positive impression and reinforcing sneaker culture through great service. Cashiers are customer-focused brand representatives who connect with shoppers, ensure smooth transactions, and support daily store operations. With attention to detail, positive energy, and a team-first mindset, Cashiers help keep the store running efficiently while supporting overall sales goals. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Customer Experience & Checkout • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming checkout experience. • Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions. • Answer basic customer questions and provide support as needed. • Help ensure customers leave satisfied and excited to return. Store Operations & Execution • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately while following all cash-handling procedures. • Assist with daily store operations such as restocking, fitting room upkeep, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized. • Maintain store recovery and visual standards so the front of the store is always customer-ready. • Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. • Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times. Teamwork & Culture • Work collaboratively with teammates and leaders to achieve daily store goals. • Participate in training and coaching to build skills and grow in your role. • Bring positive energy and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment. • Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and jump in where needed to support the team. Qualifications Qualifications • Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture. • Comfortable talking with people and helping customers. • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
