Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - People who speak Catalan fluently <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have excellent communication skills, and highly motivated<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have a level of English suitable for communication with the team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Quiet work environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - No distractions or background noise<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have good keyboard skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Available for and want flexible working hours<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Live in Spain<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Have a PayPal account (this is the method we use to pay freelancers)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience: Call Centre: 1 year (Preferred, not required)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
