In large recruitment agencies, training often stops the moment you start billing. You are left to figure out the next steps on your own, pressured by monthly KPIs to push volume over quality. The Catalyse Founders Group is a boutique recruitment practice that rejects both the volume-driven factory model and the toxic culture that sustains it. We are seeking ambitious head hunters in Hong Kong and Singapore who want the autonomy to head their own desk, backed by the infrastructure and genuine mentorship of an established institutional group.

The Path to Mastery We are looking for professionals with proven recruitment experience who are ready for honest self-reflection. You know how to recruit, but you want to learn how to build a business.

To get there, you must confront what we call the Natural Limit — the internal patterns that hold capable recruiters back. The gossip culture of large firms does not just waste your time; it actively deepens these patterns. It amplifies your insecurity through constant comparison, rewards people-pleasing over honest client qualification, and substitutes the appearance of busyness for genuine strategic work.

Through our Eternal Question coaching framework, we work with you directly to identify and overcome these constraints. We will help you eliminate the fear that causes hesitation, the need to accommodate low-yield clients and internal politics, the illusion of busyness, and the misapplication of your energy. We do not just want you to bill more; we want to develop your executionary power so you can operate like a principal.

The Opportunity You will be given the mandate to head your own desk within a culture built on candour, accountability, and mutual respect — the opposite of what you have experienced. While this role begins with heading a desk, exceptional performers who embrace our methodology will be evaluated for our Founding Partner co-ownership model.

Candidate Profile

• Solid recruitment experience in Hong Kong or Singaporewith verifiable billing success.

• A strong desire to transition from executing tasks toleading a market segment.

• A commitment to continuous learning and an openness toour coaching methodology.

• The discipline to abandon comfortable habits in favourof structured, high-yield execution.
