Category Management Senior Client Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Category Management Consultant who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to apply your expertise to develop category management strategy, category assortment and layout optimisation and real/near-time sales analysis, allowing our clients to make better strategic and tactical decisions concerning product assortment and merchandising.

Joining our Category management team, you’ll act as the dunnhumby expert in Category Management for assigned client while working alongside super-smart colleagues challenging and rewriting the rules, not just following them.

What we expect from you

  • Degree in a relevant field and fluent English
  • Strong Category Management experience, with expertise in assortment optimization, planogram development, merchandising, and category strategy
  • Experience using shopper, customer, and sales insights to drive category growth and improve retail performance
  • Proven ability to manage and influence retailer and manufacturer stakeholders, building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Consultative mindset, translating business challenges into actionable recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
