We currently have a permanent vacancy to join our teams, Monday to Friday as required on a 38-week, term-time contract.

You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4 week pay period).

This work is about providing customer service, ensuring nursery pupils receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference with meal you have served. On the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.

The Person

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
