About Us

Craft Culinary Concepts is a food and beverage provider for the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ). Position Summary

The Catering Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during events at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This part-time, event-based role serves as a direct point of contact for guests and ensures service expectations are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Event-Based

As an event-based role the hours will vary depending on business needs. Please note that hours are not guaranteed. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and large-scale event dates may be requested of you and/or required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and organization of service areas
  • Execute service in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure visually appealing food and beverage displays
  • Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure compliance
  • Provide guest service including menu and allergen knowledge
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume catering or restaurant experience preferred
  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to Adapt to fast-paced event environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification required for 18 and up

Requirements

  • Successful completion of background check
  • Ability to:
    • Stand and walk for extended periods
    • Lift up to 40 pounds regularly
    • Work in high-volume environments
    • Work in varying temperatures and conditions
    • Work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
