The CCR Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling the process parameters of the plant via the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure optimal plant performance, safety, and efficiency. The role involves close coordination with field operators and maintenance teams to address any process deviations, troubleshooting issues in real\-time, and maintaining accurate production data logs.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>Operate and monitor plant systems via DCS/SCADA from the CCR to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Optimize process parameters to achieve desired production targets and quality standards.
<\/p><\/li>
Respond quickly to alarms, analyze problems, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with field operators and maintenance personnel for routine and emergency activities.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date shift logbooks, reports, and operational data.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Participate in shift handovers and communicate clearly with incoming/outgoing team members.

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/h3>Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
<\/p><\/li>
2\u20135 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a manufacturing or processing industry (cement, chemical, mineral, or similar preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of plant operations and process control systems (DCS/PLC).
<\/p><\/li>
Good communication, problem\-solving, and analytical skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle emergency situations calmly.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
