CCR Service Account Rep

What you will do

The primary role of the Site Manager/Customer Care Representative is to manage a key account while driving sales growth within that account. This role is responsible for developing and executing a customer-focused strategy across all JCI Fire Protection projects for the client. The objective is to expand and retain project installations and preventive maintenance contracts, resulting in increased revenue and enhanced customer satisfaction.

How you will do it

· Adhere to current Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs and services.

· Manage all retention activities within an assigned customer with an overall spend of $2M+. Responsible for retention, customer satisfaction and growth within the customer.

· Secure increased spend from the customer, ensuring a larger share of the fire footprint.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer and develop a positive ongoing relationship with customer plus an intimate knowledge of each part of the account (e.g. key decision makers, equipment, service contract, history, projects, etc.).

· Interface effectively with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery.

· Determine customer needs, address customer challenges, and develop strategies to meet account objectives.

· Report progress and metrics to operation and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications - External

What we look for

· BA, BS or similar degree highly preferred

· 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience with a similar product, service or industry

· Highly motivated and success driven

· Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly qualify opportunities

· High degree of self-discipline

· Independent, creative thinker

· Ability to sell intangible services

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,400-$105,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
