Role Summary

We are actively hiring for two Cell Therapy Account Executives to cover the West Region

Our preferred candidate locations would be Seattle & Northern California

The Cell Therapy AccountExecutive(CTAE) has primary responsibility for developing the relationship withAutolus’ Authorized TreatmentCenter’s(ATCs) in their respectiveregion and serves as the ATC’s primary point of contact withAutolus. In this role, the CTAEis responsible fordrivingappropriate utilizationofAutolus’ CAR T therapies within the account and ensuring the delivery of a seamless customer experience. Toaccomplishthese goals, the CTAEwill cultivate strong relationships with account stakeholders, coordinate all ofAutolus’ activities within the ATC, develop Cross-functional strategic account plans and communicate the value of CAR T therapy to key account stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

DevelopAutolus’ relationship within account including executive administration.

  • Build andmaintainaccount profile for each aligned ATC

  • Develop significant business relationships with senior account level leadership, Thought Leaders (TLs)and other decision makers / key stakeholders

  • Serve as primary point of contact for the ATC and collaborate withAutoluscolleagues to create a streamlined, organized interface

  • Identifyand understand the needs of account stakeholders and collaborate withAutoluscross-functional colleagues (e.g. Marketing, Medical Affairs,Market Access,Quality) to find or develop solutions

Manage day-to-day operations within account, including:

  • Coordinate allAutolusoperational activities (e.g. site qualification, site setup, patient treatment)

  • Manage compliance-related activities (e.g. periodic audits)

  • Provide clinical instruction to clinical staff (e.g. AE Management Guide, Package Insert [PI])

  • Oversee activities in patient treatment areas to ensure Chain of Identify (COI) per SOP protocols

Driveappropriate utilizationwithin account(s)

  • Assess performance ofAutolus’ therapies within account and develop and execute strategic account plans to driveappropriate utilization

  • Working in close collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs, routinely meet with key ATC

stakeholders to educate on the use ofAutolus’ therapies and communicate the latest approved messaging andclinical data

  • Maintain clinicalexpertisein basic principles ofHaematology, Immunology,aALLdisease and treatment and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Support keyAutolusstrategic activities

  • Provide Medical Affairs colleagues withappropriate feedbackand insights from interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)

  • Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, andfacilitatingmeetings with TLs

  • Facilitate and providetimelyfeedback to appropriateAutolusmanagementregardingaccount business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industryissuesand business opportunities

  • Cultivate relationships and activelyparticipatein grassroots advocacy / engagement activities within territory to align with regional and national initiatives

  • Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct ofAutolusactivities

  • Identify,communicateand manage site specific symposiums and clinical opportunities dealing withaALLand CAR-T.

Experience

  • Demonstrated record of successful CAR-T Oncology Account Management within academic and non-academic setting (P)

  • Experienced leader with CAR T launch experience with 1 or more CAR T Products in the US (P)

  • Proven history of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating B2B opportunities (P)

  • Experienced inattainingcustomer insights and driving change in day-to-day operations (P)

  • Ability tooperatein an environment with little direction and produce exceptional results (P)

  • Extensive overnight travelrequired(E )

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’sdegreein relevant subject, plus breadth of experience

Skills/Specialist knowledge

  • Demonstrated record of successful account management in large accounts (direct or indirect line leadership experience) and strong brand differentiation skills

  • Deep clinicalexpertisein haematology / oncology disease and understanding of treatment landscape (5 – 7 years of experience)

  • Strong clinical understanding of cell therapy and ability to manage complex treatmentlogistics

  • Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and / orAutoluspolicies

The salary range for this position is: $182,000- $240,000Autolusconsiders a variety of factors whendeterminingbase compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
