Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u>

1. Strategic Planning<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement regional strategies to\nachieve program goals
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct needs assessments and analyse data to\ninform program decisions
<\/p>

2. Program Oversight:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage program operations, ensuring effective\ndelivery and quality
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with organizational policies\nand procedures
<\/p>

3. Team Leadership:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise and mentor team members, providing\nguidance and support
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Foster a collaborative and inclusive team\nenvironment
<\/p>


<\/p>

4. Stakeholder\nCollaboration:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and maintain relationships with key\nstakeholders, including partners, funders, colleges and community leaders
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate program goals, progress, and impact\nto stakeholders
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and pursue new partnership\nopportunities to expand program reach and impact
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage partnerships, ensuring effective\ncollaboration and communication

6. Program Quality\nAssurance:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and evaluate program quality,\nidentifying areas for improvement
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement quality assurance processes and\nstandards as per QMS
<\/p>

7. Performance\nMonitoring:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track and analyse program data, identifying\ntrends and areas for improvement
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement corrective actions to\naddress performance gaps
<\/p>

8. Budget Management:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage regional budgets and proper unitisation,\nensuring effective allocation of resources
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with\nfinancial policies
<\/p>

9. Marketing and\nCompliance:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure program visibility and promotion through\nmarketing and outreach efforts
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain compliance with organizational and\nregulatory requirements
<\/p>

10. Capacity\nBuilding:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement capacity\-building\ninitiatives for team members and partners
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that regional teams have the necessary\nskills and resources to deliver high\-quality programs
<\/p>

11. Risk Management:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and mitigate risks that could impact\nprogram delivery or reputation
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement risk management plans and\nprocedures
<\/p>

12 . Innovation and\nImprovement:<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Encourage innovation and continuous\nimprovement in program delivery

13 . Reports<\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Creating monthly and quarterly reports as\nper Infosys standard <\/span>
