Our Client, a growing bilingual preschool that empowers its leaders to drive educational excellence, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Centre Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling incoming calls

  • Data Entry

  • Administrative duties

  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and faxing correspondences

  • Provide general admin supports and ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above

  • Well organised and able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to start work immediately

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: River Valley

  • Working Days/Hours: 5 days, Office hours

  • Salary: $2,500 basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
