Location: Somerset /CCK
Working Days: 5 days / 44 hours

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor teachers and support staff to enhance teaching quality and Centre performance.
• Manage enrolment, student records, attendance, and administrative documentation efficiently.
• Prepare budgets, oversee resources, and manage operational expenses effectively.
• Promote the preschool’s vision and reputation through strong parent and community engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Leadership or relevant
• Min 3 years of experience in preschool environment
• Strong capability in overseeing center operations
