Job Description

• Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance in the centre
• Build a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators
• Good leadership skills in leading a team to meet company objectives
• Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement, licensing, health and safety regulations etc
• Work closely with relevant agencies or partner to fulfill requirement
• Prepare and control expenditures
• Maintain a healthy enrolment rates
• Maintaining good relations with parents, business partner, government bodies etc
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
• Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by the management
• Need not have many years of experience managing centre
• Confident and speaks well and enjoy interaction with people
• Organized and detailed in administration

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
• Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
