CEO PERSONAL ASSISTANT
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling all incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Organising and maintaining the CEO's files, records, and documentation in a well-organised manner
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents as required
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the CEO's priorities and initiatives
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the CEO to support the overall business operations
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent typing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
