Certified Accountant (m/f/d)

Accounting & Financial Statements

  • Independent handling of day-to-day accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable)

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) in coordination with the Group and tax advisors

  • Account reconciliations and year-end closing activities

  • Fixed asset accounting

  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns and corporate income tax filings via FinanzOnline

  • Support in tax and accounting-related matters

Real Estate & Rental Accounting

  • Ongoing posting of rental and property-related accounting transactions

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and management of payment transactions

  • Internal cost allocation and invoicing of services

  • Interface management between property management software (ITS) and SAP

Payroll (Interface Function)

  • Preparation of data for external payroll accounting

  • Review and posting of payroll statements

  • Reconciliation of taxes, social security contributions, and payments

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Data preparation for Statistics Austria and internal reports

  • Further development and optimization of accounting processes

  • Completed commercial education (HAK, University of Applied Sciences, University)

  • Certified Accountant qualification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung) advantageous

  • Several years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience with SAP and ideally with property management software (ITS)

  • Structured and independent working style

The minimum gross monthly salary for a full-time position (39 hours per week) is EUR 3,400.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
