What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff
• Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
• Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team
• Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems
• Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings
• Conduct monthly staff in-services and training
• Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience
• Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian
• 2+ years of food service leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
