What You’ll Do
Clinical Support — take vitals, document in EMR, perform point‑of‑care testing
Immunizations & Injections — administer vaccines and medications
Phlebotomy — draw blood and prepare lab specimens
Patient Education — support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching
Clinic Flow — prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk
Care Coordination — referrals, care gaps, outreach
Safety & Compliance — maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards
Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals
What You Bring
High School diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited MA program
MA certification (AAMA preferred)
Phlebotomy experience
2+ years’ experience (primary care or urgent care preferred)
EMR experience
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
Employee Health Requirements
Hep B immunity, recent TB test, CPR/BLS
Annual influenza and COVID‑19 vaccinations
