Medical Assistant Responsibilities

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs
  • Document patient history and visit details in the EMR
  • Assist providers with orthopedic exams and procedures
  • Support injections, splinting, and dressing changes (training provided)
  • Prepare and clean exam rooms
  • Coordinate imaging, referrals, and follow-up care
  • Ensure a positive and professional patient experience
  • Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to support daily workflow

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
  • Previous clinical or outpatient experience preferred
  • Orthopedic experience not required—training provided
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a patient-centered mindset
