We're hiring a Change Management Project Manager | Rosebank (Hybrid) | Start 1 July 2026

Are you a people\-first change leader who knows how to bring an organisation on a transformation journey? We're looking for an accomplished Change Management Project Manager to drive the human side of large\-scale IT and business transformation \u2014 from impact assessments and stakeholder engagement to training, adoption tracking, and building change champion networks. You'll design and deliver change strategies that minimise resistance, maximise adoption, and ensure new systems and ways of working truly stick. The ideal candidate is culture\-savvy, highly structured, and metrics\-driven, with deep knowledge of OCM methodologies, a strong understanding of behavioural change, and the ability to influence from the boardroom to the shop floor (SAP environment experience a plus). Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

\u2022\tDevelop and implement project\-specific change management strategies and plans aligned to project and business objectives.

\u2022\tConduct change impact assessments and business readiness evaluation.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDesign and implement communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tLead the creation and delivery of project\-related training and capability\-building initiatives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tManage stakeholder engagement, including executives, managers, and end\-users.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIdentify and mitigate resistance to change and project risks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEstablish and track change adoption metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIntegrate change management into project delivery frameworks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tBuild and manage change champion networks, as per business best practices.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDevelop and maintain adoption metrics and reporting dashboards.
