Channel Manager MENA - based in KSA or UAE
Segura is building a strong partner-led growth engine in the Middle East and North Africa and is looking for a Channel Manager to develop and scale our regional partner ecosystem.
This role is critical to driving indirect revenue through distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances, while navigating the unique cultural and commercial dynamics of the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a regional channel strategy aligned with revenue targets

Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners

Drive partner-sourced revenue

Develop joint business plans with key partners

Manage partner performance through scorecards and QBRs

Support deal registration, pipeline development, and forecasting

Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners
-
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and market dynamics

Act as an escalation point for partner conflicts and commercial issues
Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years in channel sales or partner management
-
Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or Identity space
-
Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills
-
Proven track record of achieving channel revenue targets

Experience working with GCC markets (UAE, KSA preferred)

Fluent in English; Arabic preferred

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Desirable

Experience with distributors and VAR ecosystems in MENA

Certifications in sales or channel methodologies
