The Role

We are looking for an energetic Channel & Partnership Sales Manager to expand our partner network across Sweden. You will develop relationships with solar installers, EPC companies, electrical contractors, EV charging providers, distributors, and other strategic partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage channel partners in Sweden.

• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders.

• Generate and develop sales opportunities through partners.

• Support partners throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.

• Represent WattsFuture at industry events and trade shows.

• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.

• Experience in renewable energy, BESS, solar, EV charging, or related industries.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English and Swedish.
