Charge Nurse
Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Treatment Campus Admissions Office
Schedule: Flexible on days and times but must work full-time (40 hours a week)
Pay rate: $40.00-$43.00/hour

The Charge Nurse is responsible for:
- Ensuring nursing services at the New England Recovery Center, Charles J. Faris Recovery Center and Westborough Acute Treatment Services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum’s policies and procedures as well as in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborating with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Performing job activities adhering to medical standards in a compassionate, professional, and customer service-oriented manner and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Coordinating with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor for having practices in place and rigorously followed to ensure accuracy of medication orders, transcription of orders and medication dispensing.
